Report an error

For a colour, give the date and what RTE’s Tempo calendar shows for that day. For a price, attach the grid or official text that contradicts it. For a calculation, paste the comparison tool’s share link: it carries your inputs and nothing else. A confirmed error is corrected in the parameter file and becomes a test, as the editorial policy sets out.

What we cannot do

We have no access to any contract or meter. To change option, power or supplier, contact your supplier; for your exact off-peak hours, your supplier or your bill; for a power cut, the network operator.

Embed the comparison tool

Consumer groups, local energy agencies, newsrooms: the Base, Off-peak or Tempo comparison can be embedded free as an iframe. The code is on the embed page.
