Privacy policy

This page describes the processing of personal data linked to https://tempodemain.fr, under articles 12 to 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978.

1. Controller

Radif Partners
49 rue du Ressort
63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France
contact@tempodemain.fr

Contact: contact@tempodemain.fr. No data protection officer has been appointed, as the conditions of article 37 GDPR are not met.

2. Your inputs stay in your browser

Annual use, meter power, heating share, appliances: what you type is calculated by your browser and sent to no server, neither stored nor linked to an identifier. The site never asks for your name, phone number or email address. The share link carries your inputs in the page address: only give it to people you choose.

3. Processing carried out

Host connection logs

The host records the IP address, date, page requested, browser and referring page. Purpose: security and service diagnostics. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Duration: that of the host’s own policy, GitHub.

No cookies, no audience measurement

The site sets no cookie, does not use browser storage and loads no audience statistics, advertising or social-media tool. There is therefore no consent banner: there is nothing to accept.

Anonymous stability measurement (Microsoft Clarity, cookieless)

To spot errors, slow pages and buttons that do not respond, the site loads Microsoft Clarity in its cookieless mode: no Clarity cookie is set, each page view gets a single-use identifier, page content and your inputs are masked. Controller: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited. Retention: 30 days for recordings, 13 months for aggregate statistics. Basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Objection: block clarity.ms in your browser; calculations keep working.

Messages you send

If you write to the contact address, your message is kept while we reply and fix any error, then deleted within twelve months.

4. Recipients

No data is sold or passed on, in particular to an energy supplier or broker. The host, GitHub, accesses it as a processor within the meaning of article 28 GDPR.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

GitHub, Inc. is based in the United States; connection logs may be processed there under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

Rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (articles 15 to 22 GDPR): write to contact@tempodemain.fr, answer within one month. You may complain to the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL): https://www.cnil.fr.

7. No automated decision

A calculation result is an estimate made at your request with no legal effect: it is not a decision within the meaning of article 22 GDPR and binds no supplier.
